Privacy policy

Last updated September 27, 2026

This policy explains what information Lyrac (“Lyrac”, “we”, “us”) collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies only to this site. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@lyrac.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this site:

  • Product updates: your work email address, plus your name and organization where the form asks for them.
  • Demo requests: your work email, name, company, role and the size of your portfolio, plus, if you choose to tell us, how you heard about Lyrac, who referred you, and anything you write in the optional message.
  • Pilot interest: whether you ticked the box to join the pilot waitlist.
  • Campaign source: if you arrived through a link, ad or QR code that includes a campaign tag (for example ?source=… or utm_ parameters), we record that tag and the page you landed on so we know where interest came from. While you browse, the tag is kept in your browser's session storage so it can travel with a form you submit; it is deleted when you close the tab.
  • The page and the date and time of your submission.

Our hosting provider also processes standard technical information, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse and spam. We don't use this information to identify you.

This site does not use cookies, advertising trackers or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy before it does.

We don't track visitors over time or across other websites, so the site works the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

How we use it

  • To send you product updates and news about Lyrac as we build it.
  • If you requested a demo or joined the pilot waitlist, to contact you and arrange a demo or pilot.
  • To understand how people found us, including thanking whoever referred you if you told us.
  • To keep the site secure and filter out spam submissions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Legal basis

Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, we rely on your consent to send you updates, which you give by submitting the form, and on our legitimate interests for keeping the site secure and understanding where interest comes from. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only under our instructions:

  • Netlify, Inc. hosts this site and stores form submissions. Netlify is based in the United States.
  • The email and customer-relationship tools we use to send updates and manage demo requests and the pilot waitlist.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information.

International transfers

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while you remain subscribed to updates, in conversation with us about a demo, or on the pilot waitlist. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information, we remove it from our active systems, except where we need to keep a minimal record to honour your request not to be contacted.

Your choices and rights

  • Unsubscribe at any time by using the link in any email we send, or by emailing privacy@lyrac.com.
  • Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, and to withdraw consent.
  • California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

To make a request, email privacy@lyrac.com. We'll respond within the time required by applicable law. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and access to submissions is limited to the people at Lyrac who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Children

This site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children under 16. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we'll let subscribers know by email.
